  • Can you deliver in my area?

    Yes! We are a based in Enfield, Middlesex and we install and deliver to nurseries, schools, colleges and universities all over England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland.

  • How long does school outdoor graphics last?

    Outdoor graphics last four  years or more, but that depends on the quality of the material, the heat exposure and other factors. Vinyl is an extremely robust material and can withstand most environments.

  • Do I need to prepare my outdoor area for installation?

    Yes before installation, make sure your outdoor space, fence are clean and free from dust and dirt, plants and weeds.

  • How do I get a quote?

    We will arrange a phone call or video chat for you whenever you feel like arranging. 



    We will guide you through the design process to help you find a suitable area if you are not sure. Take measurements and photos to make us a non-binding offer and evaluate the surface to determine the material best for you. 



    From there, we will make you an offer based on your requirements, specifications and budget, as well as the room price and available space. 

  • What happens at the site survey?

    During your site visit we will discuss what you want to achieve, look at the area you are looking at and take measurements and photos. 


    We will evaluate the surface to determine the best material, discuss designs and installation days.

  • How do i place a order?

    You can email your order directly to us with your purchase order.

  • When will i see the designs?

    Once you have placed your order, We will confirm the style of your design and go through the brief before we begin. Once you have approved the design we will start and normally get the first proof over to you within 3-5 days.

  • Why do i not get designs before i place an order?

    As your design is bespoke to you i am afraid we can't start until you have confirmed your order.

  • How long does it take?

    From order to installation we estimate completion between 4-8 weeks If you need it quicker we can discuss your scheduleand try and work around you.

  • Can you use images that i supply?

    Yes it may be possible to use images you supply as long as they are high quality or we can use pupils artwork by photographing  them for you. 


    Please be aware if you getting images off the web you will need to have the copyright to produce them.


    We can source images for you or you can search adobestock hich we have full access to.

  • Will I see the designs before they go on the wall?

    Yes we will update you along the way to keep you in the loop of the design process and will supply high res PDF's for approval. 


    We can super impose your design on your wall so you get to look at the design in the actual location.

  • How many changes to designs can I make?

    You will have unlimited revisions to your design ntil you are completly happy.


    You will be asked to approve the design before we go to print. Its always a good idea to get a colleague to double check all the wording spelling and design accuracy eforehand.

  • How should I prepare my areas for installation?

    The smoother the surface the better the wall graphics will be. So it is advised to fill any holes nd sand down any lumps and bumps. 


    All surfaces will then need sealing at least 2 days before installtion.

  • Can you prepare the surface for us?

    Most schools use there own site team to prepare the surface or any regular contractor. However we can do preparation work if necessory at a additional cost.

  • What do we need to do on installation day?

    Make sure all areas have been prepped and cleared before the installers arrive. If we walls have not been prepared as outlined in brief and we can not complete installation there may be additional costs.

  • Can i have illustrations from children's books and characters from films?

    We do not use illustrations from books and films due to copyright unless you have been given the rights to use the images. 


    We can create a representation of your well loved characters in our own creative style.

  • Can the wall art be cleaned?

    You can clean the vinyl wall graphics with soapy water.

  • What guarantees are there?

    We offer a 6 month guaranee with all our outdoor graphics but this does not include wear and tear or damage. We use high quality materials which are durable and are fit for purpose.

  • What happens if my graphics get damaged?

    We can replace sections by overmounting the replacement.

  • What are your payment terms?

    We offer all schools a 30 day credit account with all orders we recieve with a supplied purchase order and approval signature.
