Area and coverage
Measure the walls you want to transform and agree which areas will be covered. Doors, obstacles and layout affect the scope.

A useful quote starts with the walls, the finish and the work needed on site. We help schools define the scope, choose suitable materials and plan installation, so the budget reflects the complete project rather than an isolated square-metre figure.
School wall graphics costs depend on the area covered, the material and finish, the condition of the walls and the installation requirements. Design and print may be priced by area, while fitting and preparation can be separate. Ask for an itemised quotation against the same brief when comparing suppliers.

Confirm the bespoke design service, review process, print material, laminate and finishing included in the quotation.
The surface needs to be suitable for the proposed graphics. Ask who will arrange preparation and whether its cost is included.
Fitting time depends on the scale, detail and access arrangements. Confirm installation days and any related charges separately.
An attractive headline price is only useful when you know what it covers. Send each supplier the same wall sizes, photographs and priorities, then compare the full scope and written terms.
The amount payable should be clear, including whether VAT applies and whether installation, preparation or travel are separate. If the work is phased, ask for the scope and cost of each phase.
Confirm current rates in your written quotation rather than relying on an older estimate.

A phased project can help you focus the available budget on the most useful spaces. Start with a clear objective for each area and assess the impact before expanding the scheme.
The material needs to suit the location, wall condition and everyday use. Consider regular contact, cleaning and access alongside the appearance of the finished artwork.
Cubed Creative specifies polymeric print vinyl with a protective laminate for its main wall graphics. The vinyl carries the design; the laminate protects the printed surface. Confirm the final specification, preparation requirements and aftercare guidance for your project.
These are useful questions to settle before artwork approval and production.
Do not assume so. Ask the supplier to state whether installation is included, charged by the day or shown as a separate project line.
It is a starting point, not necessarily the total. Material, preparation, installation, access and applicable tax all need to be clear.
Discuss the priority areas and ask for separate scopes for each phase. Repeated visits and smaller production runs may affect the overall cost.
Share approximate wall dimensions, photographs, your school location, the areas you want to improve and preferred installation dates. A survey can confirm the scope.
